Shipping policy

Shipping cannot be combined for items placed in separate orders unless requested within 3 business days of the last order being placed. Combined orders will ship within turnaround time of the last placed order.

Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Please refer to the carrier's tracking information for estimated delivery time. Unforeseen circumstances may delay or halt delivery - should such events occur, scraps & such co. is not responsible for the delay or halt of ordered items. If you experience a delay in shipping, please contact the carrier for assistance.

scraps & such co. is careful to package all items with care and protection from elements and postal processing. Should your item arrive damaged or undelivered please contact the carrier to submit a claim. Should you need additional assistance, please contact scraps & such co. via email at info@scrapsandsuch.com or by clicking the "contact seller" link in your order confirmation email. We are not liable for damages or delays that occur while in transit. Please refer to the return policy for more information.
